In order to prevent shipping damage, we have to turning it onto a reel to delivery.
If it can not stay flat lay, there are several ways to deal with:

1. Reverse the background paper and roll it up on the opposite direction. Lightly hold it and shape it.
2. Take a hair dryer to blow it gently for a few minutes.
3. Using some clamps to fix its corners.
4. Hot water will soften the pvc material. If it is hard to unroll, please soak it into hot water for a while to shape it unroll.
