1.Does this product work with battery or solar energy?
No battery, no solar power, it works by temperature, if the temperature of the greenhouse rises, the gas in the gas field will become hot and push it out due to the rise in pressure, spring force, (window opens), if the temperature falls again (gas cools down), the spring pushes the gas rod back into the cylinder (window closes).
2. Window opener installed on the window does not work
There are the following cases
1. The installation method is wrong, not in accordance with the instructions for proper installation
2. The cylinder is stuck, you can use oil drops on the inside of the cylinder threads, and then manually stretch the cylinder a few times
3. If the above methods are not applicable, please put the cylinder into the 35-45 degrees Celsius water for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes if the cylinder has extended, on behalf of cylinder
If the cylinder has extension after 30 minutes, it means the cylinder can run normally (maybe you install it wrongly, install it again according to the instruction), if there is no extension, it means the cylinder is damaged.
