Note: For 1/2" copper pipe, the length of copper pipe from the finished wall should be at least 1.5" to maximum 3". When removing an old spout, you will need to place a piece of wood (such as a hammer handle) in the spout and turn it counterclockwise.
And please do not crush the copper pipe during the installation.
To ensure the proper performance of the PTFE tape, it is recommended to wrap the tape more than 6 times, regardless of the thickness of the tape.
