Do not exert excessive force when attaching the extension tube to the cups to prevent the tube from cracking. Pressing down too firmly will cause the extension tube to crack. *DO NOT use the cups for sliding cupping – this technique will cause the cups to crack. Our company is NOT responsible for damage to cups, which may result from slide cupping technique or any massage techniques. **Please note that all the cupping cups are disposable** TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS: 1) Use the cups on a clean, flat surface that is free of oil. 2) DO NOT use on curvy/uneven, bones/bony, oily, or hairy areas. Remove body hair before cupping. 3) Attach an appropriate-sized cup to a flat area. The cup should cover the entire surface of the skin. Attempting to use a large cup on a smaller surface area will cause the air to leak out and result in no suction. If there are any gaps/space between the cup and the skin, the cups will lose suction and will not stay attached to the skin. Any size cup can be used on a wide, flat area such as your back. Small cups should be used for other areas such as your arms, legs, and other smaller areas. 4) Do not move your body when attaching the cups to the skin or during use to prevent the cup from falling off. 5) Pump about 2-3 times or as needed, but do not over pump or exert excessive force. Applying too much suction can damage the skin. 6) The extension tube is an optional part that should only be used when SELF CUPPING on hard-to-reach areas (example: on your own back). 7) Do not share - the cups should be used by only one person.
