Installation instructions:
1. Before repairing, make sure the engine has cooled and remove the wire and boot from the spark plug.
2. Before removing the fuel tank or fuel line, you need to drain the gas from the tank.
3. Place a container under the tank outlet and release the clamp to remove the gas line.
4. Remove the starter rope from the rope guide, then remove the screws to release the engine cover.
5. Feed the starter handle through the cover and set the cover aside.
6. Remove the screws to release the old gas tank and pull the old tank out.
7. Install the new gas tank by positioning it onto the engine housing and securing the screws.
8. Reconnect the gas line and secure it with the clamp.
9. Feed the starter handle through the engine cover then align the cover and secure it with the screws.
10. Loop the starter rope onto the guide.
11. You can now transfer the gasoline to the new tank then reattach the spark plug wire and boot.
